Since most of my work is sold locally, I find it difficult to add specific inventory to my site piece by piece. I have all the items I am currently making regularly listed generically. If you do not specifiy which design you want, I will contact you to find out. If I have one in stock, I will confirm with you by sending you a photo of the actual item before shipping. I am always happy to make more of any item if you are willing to wait a few weeks. I do give discounts for sets, so feel free to ask.

TIMELINE

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know. I will be shipping things right away that are ordered between now and the holidays. 

 

RETURNS 

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know immediately. If I can offer a replacement piece, I will. If not, I can offer a refund. 

For a refund or replacement piece, please ship the piece back in the original packing within two weeks. The shipping cost is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the original piece. I will not charge additional shipping for the replacement piece. 

 

SPECIAL ORDERS 

I welcome custom orders or special requests as long as they are consistent with my general work and the materials I already use. Feel free to ask if you've seen something you liked in the past or would like a matching set of something not listed. Keep in mind that this is not my primary occupation, so there are seasons when I'm able to produce more work.
